Always wanted to try ballet, or looking to return after time away? This welcoming class is designed for adults of all experience levels — especially true beginners. In a supportive and encouraging environment, dancers will learn the foundations of classical ballet including posture, alignment, balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Classes begin with gentle barre work and progress to center exercises and simple combinations across the floor, helping students build strength, grace, confidence, and body awareness at a comfortable pace. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, personal growth, and enjoying the process of movement rather than perfection.

Whether you’re seeking a creative outlet, stress relief, improved fitness, or the joy of dancing, this class offers a warm community where adults can learn, move, and grow together. No prior dance experience required.
