Move, Groove and Improve is an open level dance class that focuses on building strength and stamina, improving balance and flexibility while learning proper placement and technique. We start with an easy warm-up followed by a fun combination. The combinations are choreographed to music from different decades and a variety of world music. Perfect for beginning dancers and those that just love to move to stay in shape and healthy!
